When you submit an inquiry through our website, we refer your information to our partner contractor, Inner Loop Construction, who will contact you to discuss your project.

Estimates and Quotes

Any estimates or quotes provided by contractors through our referral service are preliminary and subject to change based on:

Estimates are typically valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing directly between you and the contractor before work commences.

Non-Circumvention Clause

For a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date you are first referred to a contractor through our service, you agree not to circumvent our referral relationship by:

• Directly engaging any contractor we referred to you without our involvement for subsequent projects
• Sharing contractor contact information obtained through our service with third parties for their direct use
• Attempting to bypass our referral service to avoid any applicable referral fees or commissions

This non-circumvention period protects our business model and contractor relationships. It applies to all projects and services related to the initial referral, whether residential, commercial, or industrial concrete work.

Project Agreements

All construction projects require a signed contract or agreement directly between you and the contractor detailing:

• Scope of work and project specifications
• Project timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Material specifications
• Warranty and guarantee terms
• Change order procedures
• Liability provisions

We are not a party to any contract between you and a contractor. All terms, conditions, pricing, and performance obligations are determined solely between you and the contractor.

Provider Disclosure Limitations

While we provide general information about our concrete services, we make limited representations about:

• Work history, references, or past project outcomes (available upon request)
• Financial stability or ability to complete projects
• Specific qualifications, certifications, or expertise levels
• Compliance with local, state, or federal regulations

You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging our services. We recommend:

• Checking references and reviewing past work
• Obtaining multiple quotes for comparison
• Reviewing all contract terms carefully before signing
• Ensuring proper permits are obtained for your project

Payment Terms

Payment terms are established directly between you and the contractor. Common arrangements may include:

As a referral service, we provide no warranties or guarantees regarding work performed by contractors. Any warranties for concrete work are provided solely by the contractor you engage and will be outlined in your contract with them. We are not responsible for:

• Material defects or failures
• Project delays or non-completion
• Warranty claims or disputes with contractors
• Enforcement of any warranties provided by contractors

Please review warranty terms directly with your chosen contractor before work begins and ensure all warranty provisions are documented in writing in your contract with them.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to our referral services or work performed by contractors.

As a referral service, we are not liable for:

• Actions, omissions, or negligence during project execution
• Defects in workmanship or materials provided
• Project delays, cost overruns, or non-completion
• Property damage or personal injury arising from work
• Disputes that arise during or after project completion
• Business closure or financial issues

Our total liability for any claims arising from our referral services shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us for referral fees (if any), whichever is less.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the services provided, including work performed, payments made, or disputes that arise.
